To pre-register for the study at Duhovka Elementary School, please fill out and submit the following online application form. Once we have reviewed your application, we will contact you shortly with further information and arrange a meeting where you will learn everything you need to know.
To complete the application, you will need an electronic portrait photo of your child and, if applicable, a scanned document confirming the deferral of compulsory school attendance, if recommended for your child.
